Thieves raid Palermo’s Danilo Dolci high school, stealing and destroying old computers

Thieves broke into a branch located in the via Oreto area and tried to steal some computers from a storage room. However, they did not immediately realize that the PCs were old and stored in the warehouse for disposal. Once outside the structure, they destroyed them and abandoned the various pieces on the nearby soccer field.
This morning, May 7, the school staff raised the alarm by contacting the emergency number 112. The carabinieri arrived on the scene, confirmed the damage, and started investigations to track down the culprits, who fled and disappeared.
