Competition at the Policlinico of Messina for a position of administrative manager, or for any vacant positions, full-time and determined. This is a selection based on qualifications and exams. The application must be submitted by May 19.

THE REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have the following requirements: Italian citizenship, with exceptions established by current laws, or citizenship of one of the countries of the European Union; physical fitness for employment: physical fitness assessment is carried out by the Company before entering into service; enjoyment of civil and political rights. Those who have been excluded from active political suffrage cannot access employment. In addition, a degree (old system) or specialist degree or master’s degree in Law or Political Science or Economics and Commerce or another equivalent degree is required, as well as at least five years of effective service corresponding to the same profession in entities of the national health service in the functional positions of the seventh, eighth, and eighth-bis levels (equivalent to the current ctg. D and Ds Senior), or in functional positions of the seventh, eighth, and ninth levels of other public administrations. An alternative requirement is the possession of at least five years of service accrued in the professional profile at stake within entities of the national health service.
THE TESTS
Three tests are planned. The written one on administrative law, constitutional law, civil law, regulations on public tenders and state accounting, or the solution of a series of short-answer questions in the aforementioned subjects; the theoretical-practical test involves the preparation of specific acts or provisions regarding the service activity; the oral test focuses on the subjects of the written test as well as on the following subjects: civil law, state accounting, laws and regulations concerning the health sector, labor law in the public sector, national collective labor agreement, social legislation, political economy and finance sciences, criminal law.

The application must be submitted by May 19 exclusively online on the hospital’s website.
