Castellammare man stalked a lawyer for years: bar manager sentenced to 2 years and 4 months

Explain to me briefly the following article:
“A daily persecution lasting over six years. Targeted by a stalker, a well-known lawyer from Castellammare del Golfo. Now the judge of the court of Trapani has sentenced the perpetrator to two years and 4 months in prison and ordered to pay 50 thousand euros in damages to the victim. The defendant, a 45-year-old bar owner who is also a computer expert, faced seven charges. It all began in the early months of 2015 after a series of disputes over condominium issues. The bar managed by Antony Morsellino, now convicted, was located on the ground floor of corso Garibaldi. On the first floor was the law firm of a well-known professional: lawyer Gaetano Vito Vivona, assisted by colleague Antonino Vallone. Morsellino, who has been living in a city in Norway for three years with his wife, was charged with stalking, threats, private violence, and other crimes after investigations by the Carabinieri. Over the years, the lawyer was subjected to escalating persecutions, including playing loud music in the stairwell to disturb the law firm’s work, as testified by Vivona’s colleagues. One of the most serious offenses was the creation of fake social media profiles portraying the lawyer as gay and available for meetings, leading to numerous inappropriate requests, particularly of a sexual nature. The Carabinieri seized Morsellino’s computers, and through the help of computer experts, the fake profiles were discovered. For lawyer Gaetano Vito Vivona, life had become a living hell. Vivona, represented by Antonino Vallone, regained peace of mind when Morsellino and his wife emigrated to Norway. Morsellino’s lawyer has announced plans to appeal the decision.”
