Avola man escapes house arrest, caught by carabinieri on the street, ends up in jail.

The carabinieri arrested a 48-year-old man in Avola for evasion. The man, who had already escaped and was under house arrest for a theft committed in Syracuse in 2021, was caught by the military while roaming the city streets. The man attempted to flee upon seeing the patrol but was eventually caught and detained. As ordered by the judge, the arrested individual has been sent to the Cavadonna prison in Syracuse.
