Altavilla massacre: Barreca accuses the “brothers of God” again
Giovanni Barreca still accuses Sabrina Fina and Massimo Carandente for the massacre of Altavilla Milicia in which his wife Antonella Salamone and his sons Kevin and Emanuel, aged 16 and 5, were killed. Barreca, a mason, claims to have only prayed during the ritual that was supposed to free his family from the devil, confirming that with the arrival of the couple, the purification of the house would happen in a different way, through torture. Memories are resurfacing and he has noticed a change: Sabrina would be the evil priestess while her partner would have assisted her in the violence. Sabrina allegedly beat Antonella to death, burned her body to perform the proper funeral for a possessed person, tortured Emanuel, and chained Kevin until he died. Carandente, on the other hand, was allegedly on the phone and exchanging messages with someone who may have instructed him on how to bury Antonella’s body in the garden. This is the version he reiterated to his lawyer during a two-hour meeting in prison. The lawyer and a criminologist will visit the house of horrors to investigate further.
