Despite the rationing imposed by the state of emergency declared by the President of the Sicilian Region, Sciacca has faced several critical issues, especially for buildings not connected to the public water network. Following the prefect’s intervention, owners of buildings not previously connected to the public network have requested to be connected, leading to a peak in requests from Sciacca.
