Man hides ten thousand euros and drugs in underwear, one reported in Mineo

Almost ten thousand euros hidden in his underwear, with some doses of hashish to not miss anything. The Carabinieri of the Palagonia company have therefore reported a 21-year-old boy from Vittoria for possession of drugs.
According to what was reconstructed by the military, the young man, who had been the victim of a car accident, was reached by the Carabinieri along State Road 417, near Mineo.
During the operations of the rescue workers, the boy had tried to cover his private parts with his hands, as if he were ashamed, which was immediately noticed.
The carabinieri, without losing sight of him, waited for the doctors to transport him inside the ambulance, in order to proceed with a more thorough check. When asked by the military to explain the reason for his unusual behavior, he could only take out from his underwear what he had hidden, namely two plastic wrappers containing 116 grams of hashish and 7700 euros. The young man was not able to provide any explanation for the possession of the drugs and the money, both confiscated, and was subsequently reported.
