Young man dies on scooter after swerving to avoid a car and ending up under another

A young man traveling on a scooter died tonight (April 3) on the outskirts of Marsala, due to serious injuries suffered in a road accident. The impact occurred on the state road 115 towards Trapani, at the Addolorata district. The scooter crashed head-on into a car. The young man probably made a sudden maneuver to avoid another vehicle entering the road from a gas station. The motorcyclist remained trapped between the metal sheets under the car he crashed into. To extract him, when he was still alive, the intervention of the firefighters was necessary. The death occurred immediately after arrival at the Marsala hospital.
