Two earthquakes in the Aeolian Islands felt by locals three hours apart.

An earthquake off the coast of the Aeolian island of Vulcano was recorded by the operational room of the Ingv in Catania. The magnitude was 2.9 at 23:19:09 at a depth of 9 km. The earthquake, considered not deep in the sea, was felt by islanders and tourists. Another earthquake of magnitude 1.4 followed at 02:52:18 at a depth of 10 kilometers.
