The Financial Police seizes 35,000 unsafe items from a Chinese company in Ramacca.

The military of the provincial command of the Guardia di Finanza in Catania have seized around 35,000 items that are considered unsafe and lack the CE mark. These items include toy pens, balloons, adhesive glitter, confetti shooter tubes, as well as jewelry such as earrings and piercings that were found in a business owned by a Chinese individual in Ramacca. The owner has been reported to the Chamber of Commerce of Southeast Sicily for further administrative penalties.
