The judges of the third section of the Tar Lazio declared the urgency occupation decree ineffective due to the expiration of the deadlines.
The decree becomes unusable, and the company Terna can no longer take possession and therefore cannot proceed with the expropriation of the woman’s property. Terna will be able to continue its work, but can no longer touch the woman’s property assisted by lawyer Calogero Carmina. Therefore, unless the company issues new measures, the construction on the woman’s property will not be part of the project.
