Strong wind in Catania: flights diverted to Palermo, Trapani, and Comiso

A dozen flights were diverted to Palermo, Trapani, and Comiso due to strong winds at the Catania Fontanarossa airport. Flights from Nantes by EasyJet and Wizz Air from Warsaw were diverted to Comiso. In Palermo, Ryanair from Tirana, and from Milan Malpensa, Ita from Milan Linate, EasyJet from London, and Brusselsair from Brussels were diverted. Lastly, the Ryanair flight from Malta was diverted to Trapani.
