Public lighting pole falls and damages two cars in Palermo

A public lighting pole fell on Alcide De Gasperi street in Palermo, damaging two parked cars, a Lancia Ypsilon and a Toyota Yaris. Fortunately, there were no pedestrians passing by at the time, even though the street is one of the busiest in the city. Firefighters and municipal police intervened to secure the area and conduct investigations. Traffic jams occurred mainly for cars coming from Giovanni Paolo II square.
