Pipe bursts on Crispi Street in Palermo causing inconvenience and slow traffic.

The burst water pipe on Crispi Street in Palermo, heading towards Cala, caused significant delays and inconvenience for morning rush hour traffic. The area was already heavily affected by ongoing construction work on the underpass, as well as high volume of traffic during certain times of the day. The pipe burst near Andrea Camilleri Square, close to the underpass of Vittime Square, resulting in the road being completely flooded. Amap, the water company of the municipality, sent technicians and an excavator to the scene to resolve the issue. As a result, the road is now narrower than usual.
