Palermo has reportedly closed a deal for Roberto Insigne from Frosinone. The player has been in agreement for several weeks, and now only the final details with Frosinone need to be sorted out. Insigne had a successful season with Frosinone, contributing 8 goals and 2 assists in 32 appearances. This is Insigne’s third promotion to Serie A, previously playing for Parma in 2018 and Benevento in 2020. He is an offensive winger who can play on both sides and as a central striker. Palermo is also reportedly close to signing Pietro Ceccaroni from Venezia and Leonardo Mancuso from Monza. Additionally, the club is finalizing the transfer of Aljosa Vasic from Padova. Palermo is looking to strengthen their team and potentially make four signings in a few weeks.
