In Palermo, chaos erupted on a bus journey when two passengers got into a violent altercation. The bus, which was overcrowded and lacked a conductor or security personnel, was travelling towards the Stadium. Punches and kicks were thrown as the bus was in motion, causing other passengers to flee in fear at the next stop. The two involved in the fight were eventually separated, but they both remained on the bus.
