The latest incident occurred at Vendôme Luxury Bags, a store selling high-end footwear and leather goods. The thieves used a vehicle to repeatedly hit the metal structure until the glass shattered, allowing them entry. The exact items stolen and their value are unknown. This is just the latest in a series of similar crimes in the city, including two break-ins at Louis Vuitton stores. Tobacco shops and bars have also been targeted, with cigarettes, scratch cards, and money being stolen.
