Palermo: Another break-in theft, butchers targeted

New smash and grab theft at a store in Palermo. Thieves damaged the window of a butcher shop on Emiro Giafar Street. After entering, they searched the store and then fled. It is not clear what they took. The merchant certainly suffered damages, which, as is the case in these episodes, amount to several hundred euros.

Not far from there, the thieves had already targeted a tobacco shop on Messina Montagne Street. The police are investigating the two incidents and are reviewing the images from the surveillance systems to identify the perpetrators.
