Multiple accidents on Messina-Catania highway cause injuries and traffic jam
Two more accidents have occurred on the Messina-Catania A/18 highway, which already experienced two collisions on Sunday, November 19th. Within a few hours, a truck and a car were involved in one accident, while two other vehicles were involved in another. Three people were injured and taken to the hospital by emergency medical services. Long traffic jams formed as a result of the accidents, with the highway being blocked for some time. The police are conducting investigations to determine the cause of the accidents. In total, five people were injured in the area between Giarre and Acireale, involving multiple vehicles.
