Morgan insults the public at Selinunte archaeological park
The concert turned into a rant against the audience. Insults and profanity were hurled at the spectators last night (August 26th) at the Archaeological Park of Selinunte by Morgan. The singer’s rage was triggered by a request from someone in the audience to sing some songs by Franco Battiato, whom the evening was dedicated to. This request unleashed Morgan’s anger, leading him to use very harsh words, as can be seen in this video recorded during the performance by Giuseppe Giammalva and published on Facebook. Booing came from the crowd. The Lombard singer’s performance at the Temple of Hera in Selinunte was supposed to be a lecture-concert titled “Battiato, signs of life and art,” closing the Festival of Beauty.
