Minor disappears from hospital in Messina where she is being treated: found by police in Catania

A minor who had recently disappeared from the Child Neuropsychiatry department of a hospital in Messina was found by the State Police of Catania on a public bus headed to Vincenzo Bellini airport. The report of the disappearance and possible presence on the bus came from the operational center of the Messina police station. The operational center of the Catania police station was able to contact the bus driver and, once reaching the bus, the officers located the girl on board. The minor was then entrusted to a community, as ordered by the prosecutor’s office at the juvenile court in Catania.
