Messina station incident: locomotive crashes into stationary train, passengers injured.

Fear in the night at the central station of Messina, where an accident caused injuries and train traffic delays. A stationary train was hit by a locomotive performing maneuvers. The impact caused about ten passengers to be slightly injured and treated by medical staff. The railway police intervened to investigate the accident, and Rfi was informed. The causes of the impact and the health conditions of all the passengers, around one hundred at the time, need to be clarified. The train finally departed around 3:30 am. Investigations are ongoing.
