Menfi, Archimedes Scientific High School Raid: Vending Machine Theft

A robbery took place at the scientific high school Archimede in Menfi, in the province of Agrigento. It is believed that the perpetrator forced their way in through the main entrance and stole the cash from the school’s vending machines during the Immaculate Conception holiday. The school staff discovered the break-in upon reopening the school. The estimated amount stolen is around 200 euros. The local police are conducting an investigation, and the public prosecutor’s office in Sciacca has opened a file on the case, considering it a theft with vandalism.
