Mazara del Vallo: Cultural center entrance damaged; case reported

The Carabinieri of the Company of Mazara del Vallo have reported a 52-year-old foreign national for the crime of damage followed by arson. The man, on May 7, apparently for trivial reasons, would have set fire to the entrance of the cultural center “casa Tunisia” of the association “Dar Ettounsi” in Mazara del Vallo. In the circumstance, the director of the cultural center had promptly called the Carabinieri who, arrived on the scene, noted the damage to the front door and part of the entrance hallway of the cultural center and, thanks also to the images of urban video surveillance, would have identified the perpetrator of the act.
