An Alzheimer’s patient went out on the landing of his house in Termini Imerese, brandishing a loaded shotgun. A lawyer, who lived nearby, found the gun pointed at him and managed to call the police, who disarmed the man. He had gone out because he was scared by strange noises. The police found other legally declared weapons in the house, which were seized.
