Man kidnapped and robbed: nightmare for Marsala janitor

Two homeless individuals have been accused of kidnapping and aggravated robbery of a cleaning employee at the Mozia train station. Martin Tripoli and a minor, M.A., were arrested by the Trapani Mobile Squad investigators. They were charged and remanded in custody by the Marsala Court on the request of the prosecutors. The incident occurred on November 24th when Tripoli and the minor approached the cleaning staff, threatened them with a knife, and forced them to drive to various locations, withdrawing money and making purchases along the way. The victims were eventually abandoned in Marsala, where they reported the ordeal to the police. Investigators were able to track the criminals’ movements through surveillance footage, leading to their identification and subsequent arrest.
