Investigation into boss’s accomplices: Architect interrogated for lending name to Messina Denaro
The arraignment of architect Massimo Gentile, arrested yesterday on charges of mafia association for providing his identity to boss Matteo Messina Denaro and purchasing a motorcycle for the mob boss, will take place tomorrow. The professional is defended by lawyer Antonio Ingroia. Gentile, who was arrested along with radiology technician Cosimo Leone and another accomplice, Leonardo Gulotta, who allegedly provided his phone for the fugitive, is originally from Campobello di Mazara but has been living in the province of Monza for years where he works on public projects for the municipality. The arraignment will be held via video conference since the defendant is currently detained outside of Sicily. Leone and Gulotta will also be questioned in the afternoon.
