In Palermo, the National Consumer Price Index (NIC) in April recorded a month-on-month variation of +0.3% (-0.1% the previous month). Compared to April 2023, the annual variation is +1.1% (+1.2% the previous month). This was reported by the statistical office of the Municipality.

The consumer price index for goods recorded an annual variation of +0.2% (+0.5% the previous month), while the index for services reported an annual variation of +2.6% (+2.1% the previous month).
