The underage minor accused, along with six other boys, of group violence against a 19-year-old girl in Palermo on July 7th, has been placed back in custody. This is an aggravation of the precautionary measure that was previously revoked by the judge, who had entrusted him to a community, stating that the young man had shown a “critical revisiting” of his behavior. The Prosecutor’s Office for Minors, who had already appealed against his release, requested the aggravation of the precautionary measure from a different judge.
