Francofonte man arrested for attempted murder released to work

During his period of detention at home, the 40-year-old Paolo Scarnà from Francofonte, who was arrested last March for attempted murder, behaved well and was authorized to work as an ecological operator. The defense requested the revocation of the house arrest, which was granted by the judge, although Scarnà will have to wear an electronic bracelet and stay 500 meters away from the victim due to a restraining order. The judge considered his behavior during the authorized work period as positive and also recognized the necessity for him to be able to carry out his work duties within the city of Francofonte.
