Favara violates ban on approaching 80-year-old father: arrested

Due to a restraining order, a 44-year-old man was not allowed to get near his 80-year-old father or the house where his father lives in Favara. However, he violated the order and was arrested by the carabinieri when they were alerted by a phone call to 112. The man was already under investigation for domestic abuse. Following the prosecutor’s orders, he was placed under house arrest.
