Fatal crash between two cars on Vittoria-Scoglitti road, 47-year-old woman killed
Fatal accident last night on the provincial road 17, the Vittoria-Scoglitti. In the collision between two Fiat Pandas, a young mother living in Acate lost her life. Due to the violent impact, there was nothing to be done for the 47-year-old woman. The woman driving the other car, aged 44, was injured in the accident and was hospitalized at Guzzardi hospital in Vittoria and discharged after a few hours. Carabinieri intervened for the investigations, while the ambulance service (118) took care of the rescues. The Highway Police regulated the traffic.
