Easter and solidarity: agents bring chocolate eggs to children in the hospital

In Palermo, the State Police organized the event “Getting to Know Each Other with a Smile” during the Easter holidays. The charitable initiative saw the police officers of the XI Mobile Unit visiting children hospitalized in the pediatric wards of hospitals such as Di Cristina, Civico, Villa Sofia and Ismett, as well as children living in foster care, to whom chocolate eggs were delivered. The volunteers of the unit also started a collection of food for the homeless, with the distribution of supplies at the soup kitchen at the Capuchin church and at the volunteer association Gli Angeli di Chicca.
