Copper cable theft in Palermo leaves Sperone neighborhood in the dark

More thefts of copper cables in Palermo. Yesterday, a transformer in the Sperone neighborhood was damaged and several meters of copper cables were stolen. The streets of the neighborhood were left in the dark all night, causing inconvenience to residents.

Another copper theft occurred in Pavilion 18 of the Civico hospital in Palermo. Once again, the electrical transformer was damaged and copper cables were taken, causing considerable disruptions. The investigations are being conducted by the carabinieri and the police.
