“Last call to participate in the competition announced by Palmigiano and Associates, on the occasion of the 70th year of the law firm’s activity and in the name of the founder Gaetano Palmigiano, known to all as Ennio. The deadline to submit a thesis on banking law is at the end of the month, the best paper will be awarded with a three thousand euro grant and a six-month training internship in the structure located in via Rosolino Pilo, alongside the professionals of the firm.
Participation is free and is reserved for all young people in Law degree courses who are a maximum of 30 years old by the deadline for submitting the application. Graduates from Italian Universities who have obtained a degree between January 1, 2022, or will obtain it by October 31, 2024, with a minimum grade of 105, can compete by discussing a thesis on a topic related to banking law, one of the main sectors of the firm. The objective of the competition is also to promote the growth of skills in the field of banking law to improve the protection of businesses and citizens, who are often subject to unfair practices. The theses will be evaluated by a judging panel, composed of lawyer Alessandro Palmigiano, managing partner of the firm, a university professor, and a magistrate.”
