There was another accident in Marsala yesterday afternoon, involving a Citroen C3 car and a scooter. The collision occurred on Trapani street, near the Church of Santa Venera. The impact was very strong, causing the scooter rider to fall to the ground. Emergency services were immediately alerted and an ambulance from 118 arrived at the scene. The medical staff provided initial treatment and, due to the injured person’s condition, they transported him to the emergency department of Paolo Borsellino Hospital for further examinations. The driver of the car was unharmed. The municipal police also arrived at the scene and conducted investigations to determine the exact dynamics of the accident. The traffic was paralyzed, with the vehicles obstructing the entire road, and it took time for everything to return to normal once the car and the scooter were removed.
