Burglary in Termini Imerese: Elderly woman beaten and forced to open safe, two arrests made

The territorial police in Termini Imerese have executed a custody order issued by a judge at the request of the prosecutor’s office against two men aged 49 and 54. They are accused of being involved in a multiple aggravated robbery. According to investigations, the two men are believed to be responsible for a violent robbery against an 89-year-old woman. The incident occurred on June 22. The victim was beaten and gagged in her home, located in the center of Termini Imerese, and was forced to open a safe containing €70,000 in cash.
