Blutec, Pelligra prepared for legal action following appeal to the Administrative Court

The Pelligra Group “reserves the right to take legal action” regarding an appeal to the Lazio Regional Administrative Court for the annulment of the assignment of the former Blutec industrial area in Termini Imerese, near Palermo. “We have submitted – states Pelligra – an innovative and green project for the revival of an international manufacturing, industrial, and logistics hub, with an economic investment that has been evaluated as the best by the Institutions. Our plan will attract new companies and safeguard employment, creating opportunities for future generations. We have confidence in a decision and reserve all actions to defend our investment. We are certain that this action cannot slow down the rapid restart of the Sicilian industrial hub and the attraction of international investments.”
