The house consists of 2 mini apartments on the first floor and 3 bedrooms with bathroom on the second floor, divided as follows: 1 large room with private balcony overlooking the sea consisting of 1 double bed, + 1 single bed that can be opened as a double, + 1 additional single bed can accommodate up to 5 people.

The second and third bedrooms on the second floor have 1 double bed and 1 single bed and can each accommodate up to 3 people.

In addition, all guests of the 3 rooms on the second floor can use the common areas, such as the kitchen equipped with dishes and crockery, and the terrace with tables where it is possible to have breakfast outdoors enjoying the Sicilian sun, or dine under the stars of summer evenings.

The mini apartment on the first floor called “Nazionale” is made up of a double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room with further 2 single beds, and a balcony overlooking the Via Nazionale.

The other mini apartment on the first floor called “Regina” is made up of a double bedroom, bathroom, large kitchen, living room with additional 3 single beds and a balcony overlooking via Regina.

All accommodations have private bathroom with large shower, hairdryer, digital TV, air conditioning, mini bar and free wi-fi and are equipped with bed linen and towels.

The entrance is independent and without concierge, for the utmost respect for your privacy.

Born in January 2015 from the renovation of a house in the town of Villagrazia di Carini, 1 km from the sea, Arrica mpati for its strategic geographical position, between the Punta Raisi “Falcone Borsellino” airport and the city, is the ideal starting point for those who want to visit Palermo and its surroundings, but also for those who want to stop near the airport, perhaps waiting for a morning flight.

On request, a transfer service is available to and from the airport and / or underground station.
