Our apartments are located in a very quiet area, 100 m from the main street (via Roma) and 500 m from the first sandy beach (the Guitgia).

The apartments with 2 or 4 beds are all independent from each other and carefully furnished. Each unit is equipped with its own kitchenette or built-in kitchen, private bathroom, fridge, TV and air conditioning. The residence is accessed from a private road where you can park your car or motorbike in complete tranquility. The exterior is characterized by a large garden with a small vegetable garden cared for by the manager and a well-equipped barbecue area, as well as by external showers to be used when returning from the beach.

The residenceâ € ™ s excellent location will allow you to enjoy a relaxing holiday, without sacrificing the convenience of being close to both the town, where the islandâ € ™ s life takes place (even at night), and the many coves that characterize Lampedusa.

The prices indicated in the specific section include transfer from / to airport, all consumptions (except air conditioning), bed and bath linen, final cleaning.

No mandatory final cleaning costs. The only possible supplement is foreseen for the use of the air conditioning upon request of the guests which can be made directly on site.

Children up to 3 years old who sleep with their parents do not pay.

A minimum stay of 7 nights is required only in August (preferably on Saturday or Sunday).

Check-in is from 13:00, check-out at 10:00.

If possible (technical cleaning times) the apartment will be delivered immediately upon arrival, while on the day of departure it must be vacated no later than the scheduled time.

To this end, we invite our guests to inform us in a timely manner of flight schedules so as to avoid inconvenience. For guests who return in the afternoon we provide a room for luggage storage and any change of clothes before departure, in order to enjoy the holiday to the fullest.

To book the stay, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required, which can be sent by bank transfer, postal order or PostePay top-up.

The balance of the stay must be paid upon arrival. We accept cash and checks.
