Animal shelter in Ragusa discovered, report filed

The zoophile guards of the International Animal Protection Organization (Oipa) discovered cats locked in iron carriers, dead or dying, and dogs in extreme suffering covered with dark sheets in cramped spaces. All in a very serious hygienic-sanitary context. Following the report of a citizen, the coordinator of the zoophile guards of Ragusa, Riccardo Zingaro, immediately denounced the owner of the area where the animals were kept at the municipal police station. “We hope that the survivors of this shocking incident will be seized as soon as possible.
