A 41-year-old man, under house arrest for stalking his 52-year-old ex-partner, has been placed under house arrest by the Aci Catena carabinieri on the orders of the Catania Court of Appeal, at the request of the Public Prosecutor’s Office. According to the accusation, the man disregarded the measure he was under and continued to violate it in July and August, despite being reported several times for doing so. The victim reported the man and also photographed him in a Catania square where he was not supposed to be, then alerted the authorities.
