B&B Villa Quartarella – Modica

Typical farm of the Modica countryside, “Quartarella” is located in an excellent position, not far from Modica (4 Km) and in the center of the famous Val di Noto, recently included in the Unesco heritage.

Located in a hilly area, it enjoys a broad view of the sea, which is a few kilometers away.

The restoration work has transformed the old warehouses into large and airy rooms, particularly cool, which all overlook a spacious courtyard.

Each room, equipped with a mezzanine, can accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with a private bathroom, heating, ventilation system, television and every kind of comfort.

The old barn has become a welcoming living room, with a fireplace and heating to be able to welcome guests even in the coldest months.

There is also a wellness pool to relax in complete tranquility, enjoying the splendid panorama of the Sicilian countryside.
