54 migrants arrive in Lampedusa after departing from Libya

Fifty-four Egyptians, Syrians, and Bangladeshis have landed in Lampedusa, where, starting at midnight, the landings have increased to 4 with a total of 192 people. The 12-meter dinghy, sailing from Zuara in Libya, was intercepted by the Italian financial police. The migrants reported paying between 4 and 5 thousand euros each for the crossing. They have also been taken to the hotspot where there are currently 209 people. For the evening, since there are no regular ferries, there are no further transfers planned.
