27-year-old man reported for hiding a baseball bat in scooter in Adrano
The officers of the Adrano police station have reported a 27-year-old man for the crime of carrying unjustified objects capable of causing harm. During a night patrol in Via Catania, a police car carried out some checks on a vehicle and its driver. The young man, who had no documents and admitted to never having obtained a driver’s license, was charged with driving without a license. Further investigations were made to confirm the man’s identity, revealing his past criminal record including carrying objects capable of causing harm and drug-related offenses. A thorough search of the vehicle also uncovered a wooden baseball bat hidden in the spare wheel compartment, for which the man could not provide a valid explanation.
