Villaurea Monreale crowned Italian champions in Under 19 Futsal

The Villaurea Monreale has won the Under 19 futsal championship of the regional championships. In the Final Four played at Paladonbosco in Palermo, the Palermo team first defeated the Abruzzese team Sport Center Celano in the semifinals on Saturday, and then the Top Five from Turin in the final. In the first match, the Salesian team coached by Di Leo won 5-1, while in the final they won 5-2 after a penalty shootout. The regular and extra time ended 2-2. In the penalty kicks, three saves by the Palermo goalkeeper Scavo and three goals for the home team allowed them to celebrate the championship in front of the numerous fans.
