Ultralight aircraft crashes in Treviso, killing couple from Letojanni

Explain to me briefly the following article:

“A woman from Letojanni and her husband died yesterday (March 22), crashing with an ultralight airplane in the province of Treviso. The incident occurred around 11.15 in Trevignano, near the border with Montebelluna. Lanfranco De Gennaro and Lucia Bucceri, both 71 years old, were on board an ultralight aircraft piloted by the man. Some witnesses noticed the aircraft spiraling before crashing to the ground with the front part in the garden of a house. Some claim that the aircraft was losing fuel. Someone heard the engine “muttering,” losing power and then shutting off, while smoke was coming out. The plane seemed out of control.

The woman is from Grado (Gorizia), her parents, Carmelo and Lia, were from Letojanni, although they had moved to the North (where the two daughters had grown up), and then returned to their hometown, where they had stood out mainly for the numerous activities carried out in the parish. Many remember the victims, who often visited the Ionian center, where currently live their daughter, son-in-law (who is from Letojanni), and grandchildren. The last time they were seen was last year.”
