Two ghostly landings at Porto Empedocle, two small boats seized
Explanation: Two small boats have been seized by the coast guard in Porto Empedocle in the Foggia area of Siculiana and on the Giallonardo beach in Realmonte. Between Easter Monday and yesterday, there were two “ghost landings” in Agrigento. It is not clear how many migrants arrived on the boats, both found abandoned without a motor by the coast guard. Police and carabinieri are currently conducting searches.
