The police chief of Catania issued verbal notices to three minors, aged between 15 and 17. Two of them were arrested on November 22 by the mobile squad for theft of a mobile phone from a citizen walking in via Luigi Sturzo. The third was arrested on November 15 by patrol officers in largo Rosolino for drug dealing, specifically hashish and marijuana. The Anti-Crime Division, in accordance with the so-called Caivano decree, implemented the procedure that allowed the police chief of Catania to issue the three measures.
