Carabinieri in Catania have imposed fines of €15,000 on three street vendors selling fruits and vegetables for occupying public space, lacking administrative authorization, and not meeting professional requirements. The authorities have also confiscated a total of 100 kilograms of produce displayed on their illegal stands.
